I can't remember my password
You can retrieve your login details here or navigate yourself to the LOG IN link near the BMGPM logo (top left of the site), then click REMIND ME.
I can't play or download tracks
If you're logged in and have received a 'download limit' message please leave a message below. If you haven't received account approval yet, sit tight and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Or, if there's a technical problem, try clearing your cache first, and updating your browser. If none of that works, please get in touch.
When will my registration be approved?
We try and turn these around as quickly as we can and, if we do need any extra information, you should receive an email from your account manager within one business day of your registration. Try checking your junk too, as there may be an automated approval email in there. If you'd like to double-check anything, please reach out below.
